Tire Warranty Policy 

At Top Tire Stop Distributors LLC, we stand behind the quality of every tire we distribute. All of our tires are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Tread or casing defects that result in premature tire failure (as defined by the manufacturer'sguidelines).
  • Coverage applies only within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer (usually 2–5 years from the date of manufacture or purchase).


What's Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by road hazards (nails, glass, potholes, etc.)
  • Improper installation, overloading, underinflation, or misalignment.
  • Tires used for racing, competition, or off-road use not intended by the manufacturer.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or aging.
  • Any modifications made to the tires after purchase.


Claim Process:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@toptirestop.com | (703) 939-4976 with your original purchase receipt and a description of the issue.
  2.  We will inspect the tire and assist in submitting a claim to the manufacturer if the issue qualifies under warranty.
  3. If approved, the manufacturer may provide a replacement tire, partial credit, or pro-rated adjustment, depending on the remaining tread depth and time in service.


Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the manufacturer’s coverage window.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping, labor, or installation costs associated with replacements unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
